3. Quotes and Contracts
- Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A contract is formed once a quote is accepted in writing and a site assessment is completed.
- Any changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed may result in additional charges.
4. Permits and Licenses
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, London Scaffolding will apply for all necessary local council permits (e.g., pavement licenses). The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the right to grant us access to the property.
5. Safety and Compliance
- Scaffolding must not be altered, moved, or tampered with by anyone other than a qualified London Scaffolding operative.
- The client must ensure that the site remains safe and accessible for our team during the project duration.
- We reserve the right to suspend work if site conditions are deemed unsafe.
6. Payments and Fees
- Payments are due as specified in your invoice.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services or late payment fees.
- Prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, London Scaffolding is not liable for minor cosmetic damage or damage caused by pre-existing structural issues. We maintain full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
